This reminds me of an interview I saw, where the person is complaining that a lot of people see "data center" and think "real estate", excitedly focused on locations and buildings, but then they then draw a blank when you ask them what their plans are for the necessary backup generators on a multi-year backlog. The point being that it's better to think of them as a form of light-industry factory.
